MEN’S NATIONAL LEAGUE HEAD COACH
Tolka Rovers Basketball Club is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Men's National League Head Coach for the 2026/27 Basketball Ireland National League season.
As one of Ireland's most ambitious and progressive basketball clubs, Tolka Rovers is seeking an experienced, passionate and committed coach who shares our vision of developing players, building a winning culture and representing the club with professionalism and integrity.
THE ROLE:
• Lead all aspects of the Men's National League programme.
• Recruit, develop and retain players in collaboration with the club.
• Plan and deliver high-performance training sessions.
• Work closely with the club's National League Committee and wider coaching pathway.
• Promote a positive, inclusive and professional team culture.
• Support the long-term development of basketball within Tolka Rovers.
APPLICANTS SHOULD IDEALLY HAVE:
• Experience coaching at National League or equivalent high-performance level.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A player-centred approach with a commitment to athlete development.
• A passion for contributing to the continued growth & success of Tolka Rovers Basketball Club.
